Oscar had his 2nd round of chemo–no problems. HE ALSO CAN GET INTO THE BACK SEAT BY HIMSELF AND ISN’T SCARED TO JUMP OUT!! I was lifting his front up and then he would get his back feet up into the truck (suv); but getting out was a problem. I thought (don’t think he thought this) that it was easier to back him out of the back seat so I would open both back doors and run back and forth around the back of the truck until I could catch him before he turned around and was facing me. I’m stopping here to see if the site takes this:
It did work!!! it’s around 3:30 am and it’s the first time this site let me publish my entry at this time! Again, that’s why my participation has been sorely lacking. I will log on tomorrow (later today)but must offer my late condolences to LuAnne and spirit Shooter. I logged on last night and read your whole story–went back to the beginning and read all the way through. I am so sorry for the loss of your sweet baby; it’s just not fair; the longer we have them, the more we love them. I read somewhere that that is dog’s only fault-their short life span. Praying for your peace and comfort.

LORA!! This is a WONDERFUL update! Soooooo glad all is going well!
You painted a fun visual of you trying to get Oscar out of the vehicle “your” way! Clearly, he is determined to do it “his” way! And that means Chuck is indeed back!! I’m so hap fr you! This really made me smile!
Hey, and don’t ever apologize for not being on tne site more. I kow it’s just you and the dogs and you have your plate full! Trust me, I know what that’s like! And yes, this site has a mind of it’s own and decides when it will let us on and off! I do a lot of my posting late at night too and that seems to be when it can be most ornery!
Thanks for bringing us smiles today. We ALWAYS need t have something to celebrate and you gave us that gift today!
The very best to you, to Gus and, of course, to the amazing Oscar! Now, there is one thing you need to make time for, and that’s to post pictures!! I’m no help as I can barely doit myself…and it took months before I figured it out! I’m sure they now wish I couldn’t do it!!
STANDING OVATION going on over here! Good job everyone!
Love and hugs!
Sally and Happy Hannah
That IS really adorable to think about how you tried to get him out of the car!
And YAY for no chemo side effects!
OK so please drop us a line and let us know what kind of error message you receive when you try to log in. We’ll do our best to help figure it out so it doesn’t happen again.
